The Kickernick Fall Art Show: Artful Inspiration is an evening celebrating art, creativity, personal style, and the community of artists in downtown Minneapolis. More than 1,000 guests are expected to gather to experience art where it is actually made, meeting artists, exploring studios, and discovering new work. Participants are invited to connect with Minneapolis’ creative community and see where the inspiration happens. The evening begins with a gallery opening on the first floor from 5 PM to 6 PM, featuring drinks, art, and a featured exhibition. At 6 PM, the entire Kickernick Building opens up for open studios. Visitors are encouraged to wander the halls and floors to meet the creators, see their workspaces, and purchase art directly from local artists. Featured artists for this year include Shawn McNulty, Mark Kuhn, Lisa Nebenzahl, Francene Christianson, and Lisa Nankivil, along with many other artists throughout the Kickernick Building.
